Under her visionary entertainment company, Enjoyment Endeavor, she has grown a highly-engaged community of nearly 300,000 online daters and affirmation-seeking comedy-lovers. Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, Donnita Shaw is Joy’s head chef in cooking up the comedic comfort food that Enjoyment Endeavor serves. Donnita is a seasoned social media strategist and trendsetter with a proven track record of shaping digital landscapes. With over seven years of professional experience in social media management, she brings a profound expertise in content creation, ideation, and digital strategy, (including her three year tenure at Enjoyment Endeavor). Beyond her work in social media, Donnita is actively involved in entertainment development, where she mentors writers and provides them with industry insights that extend far beyond the fundamentals. In her spare time, she channels her creative energy into writing a thriller feature and a rom-com TV pilot, while also enjoying time for the occasional brunch.
